Hemadri is a contemporary penthouse in a dense urban setting. The apartment was designed to be introverted with a skylit helical staircase being the central element. Various skylights and windows ensures that the penthouse is lit well through the day. A large terrace with an adjoining garden provides a private space to host people. The interiors were also designed to complement the minimal aesthetics of the architecture with a simple colour palette and materials which are subdued.
